The public site includes a modern UI (Tailwind, Framer Motion), hero and quick search, featured properties, and sections for tech features and testimonials. Planned and in progress: AI-powered property matching, VR tours, smart home integration, and a dashboard. Built with TypeScript across website, API, and admin tooling.

A full-stack app for booking futsal pitches and gaming venues. Users will discover venues, view availability and hourly rates, and book time slots; venue owners and admins manage listings, business hours, amenities, and pricing. Backend: NestJS, PostgreSQL (TypeORM), JWT auth. Frontend: Next.js admin app and a client-facing booking app. The app is in active development, with core booking flows and more venue types planned.

Full-stack e-commerce for sports gear (shoes, jerseys, accessories). Built with a NestJS + MongoDB API, React (Material UI) admin dashboard for products, stock, and orders, and a Next.js storefront/landing with dynamic hero banners, category and brand pages, and mobile-first layout. Includes category-wise size systems, per-size stock, cart & COD checkout, Facebook Pixel, and WhatsApp order sharing. Currently evolving the storefront and landing experience.
